Dave Clark Appointed as Inaugural Enhance CEO

Enhance Consulting today announces the appointment of Dave Clark as its inaugural CEO.

Enhance has gained significant momentum through the leadership of its co-founders in its five years of operation, and it is now time for a new leader to take the reins. The Enhance team is looking forward to Dave amplifying the success already created and accelerating the growth of Enhance's services and products within the Test Automation market.

Dave comes to Enhance from an extensive career in technology and business leadership, sales and consulting in New Zealand, holding senior leadership roles at EDS, Fonterra, Datacom and RSA, before deciding to join Enhance in this key strategic role as CEO.

Enhance Director and Co-Founder Ben Allen says that Dave is very well respected in the NZ tech industry and known for always putting the customer first.

“Dave is renowned for developing effective strategies and solutions that meet customer requirements across both technical and business teams, with a solid ability to accelerate growth in the businesses he works with.

“I have worked with Dave for over 20 years, and he has a strong and proven track record of supporting clients in developing commercially viable solutions that are relevant to their business challenges and providing them with a competitive advantage.

“Bringing in the experience Dave has gained in technical and business leadership roles will ensure Enhance continues to focus on leading with business solutions that drive business outcomes, supported by technology,” he says.

Ben believes Dave will add huge value to Enhance in improving thinking around automation and products and how Enhance can further drive innovation and commercialisation – a big focus for Enhance with its global growth ambitions.

Dave’s well-rounded and exceptional technical and business skillset compliments Ben and fellow Co-Directors Kaleb Leeming and John Wyatt. Dave fits well with the Enhance DNA and is very driven to ensure that customers remain at the forefront of Enhance.

Dave says that leading the next chapter for Enhance isn’t just another role - it is the chance to be part of the best automation testing team and help businesses progress beyond technology burdens with more and more testing required in increasingly complex technology environments.
