The Enhance Story
Enhance was founded in 2017 by John Wyatt, Ben Allen and Kaleb Leeming, who identified a gap in the market for a technology consultancy that truly partnered with customers to put the best interest of their business at heart to ensure the quality of product and that they were maximising their return on investment.
As a result, Enhance was launched to provide testing services to the market. After a challenging first 12-18 months, where the team realised that they simply sounded like everyone else in the market, the team noticed the critical role that test automation played in truly accelerating businesses speed to market and the ability to provide quality products.
The team pivoted and brought in new talent to spearhead our focus on test automation. With the right expertise and a clearer focus, we were able to bring a tool and technology-agnostic approach to what we do and develop our unique Enhance framework and various other tools and processes that now deliver test automation magic to our customers.
We quickly went from working with a handful of customers to where we are today, working with many well-recognised NZ businesses, including banks, government agencies, and being appointed to the AoG & DIA marketplace, where we continue our commitment to delivering test automation excellence.
